The New Pin is at the Forest

The Easter Egg hunt is on:

The first Easter Egg is in he the Town in the right light on the Night Club!

The second Easter egg is floating in the water by the rocks at the Cove!

The third Easter egg can be found at the Mine, roll your courser over the Mine Shaft and the egg will role out on a cart!

The fourth Easter egg is outside the Dojo, click the egg with the Chinese script on it to collect the fourth egg!

The fifth egg is hidden under the dark gray fuzzy hat in the Gift Shop, Click it to pop up the hat and collect the egg!

To find the sixth egg role your courser over the cooler to make dead fish appear along with the sixth egg!

The seventh egg is at the top of the Ski Hill, click the top of the pole (the tip of the egg) to make the egg jump up and collect it. Your almost done with the hunt!

Click the off switch on the Beacon to turn off the light and reveal the egg! Now collect that egg and claim your prize.

The new pin is in the forest!

Heres the new clothing and wig catalog cheats:

On the first page of the clothing catalog, click the center of the top snowflake for a pink pom pom.

Press the tip of the pine tree on the second page for a Russian hat.

On the text page, click the penguin that is hiding to take a red viking helmet. Do this 4 times for a blue.

Once again, turn the page and press the second star of the second row for the black superhero mask.

Flip some pages and click the N in “Shoe Collection” for a black scuba mask. (Notice it looks like the ninja mask and activates on the letter, “N”!

Turn to the clearence and yet again we click an “N” for mixed bracelets.

AND AGAIN click the “N” on the next page for a jade necklace.

In the wig catalog, press the spikester for the spikette.

Halloween 2008

Here is how to find the secret laboratory room for Halloween. To enter the secret laboratory, you MUST be a member. Sadly, people who aren’t members cannot go in. First, go to the Book Room and then click on the Green candle.

After you click the Green candle, click on the secret entrance with a yellow glow coming from it.

If you manage to get into the secret laboratory, you will be able to receive a free Lantern! Cool, huh? Ok, now, here are the Halloween Candy Hunt cheats! I will show you where every piece of candy is.

First, you need to start by getting the candy bucket at the Snow Forts. It will be right above your spy phone.

While you are at the Snow Forts, click on the Blue flag.

Then click on the chocolate candy.

Then go to the Dance Lounge and click on the lamp.

Now click on the candy corn that pops out of the lamp.

Now go to the Lodge Attic and click on the Blue box.

Now click on the Red lollipop that comes out of the box.

Then go to the Plaza and click on the Green stuff in the pot.

Now click on the Pink candy that floats out to the top of the pot.

Now go to the Cove and click on the Caution sign.

Now click on the Orange pumpkin that flies out from behind the sign.

Now go to the Iceberg and click on the Green glowing things.

Then click on the chocolate candy.

Now go to the Lighthouse and wait for the lighting to strike 3 times. Then click on the Candy Apple.

Then go to the Book Room and click on the book.

You have now found all of the treats! To claim your free Giant Pumpkin Background, click on the Jack O Lantern on the top right corner of the room. Then click on “Claim Prize”.

Rockhopper has arrived back to Club Penguin. Check the Beach for his ship (Migrator).

He brought along some cool items, including the return of the eye patch.

Check out the Notice Board in Rockhopper’s quarters. (Basically telling you what he will be doing from now, until October 27th.)

The New Catalogs are out! They brought back the Pumpkin Igloo!

Mission 9 Out Now!

The new mission, Spy & Seek, is here!

Club Penguin Mission 9 Spy & Seek Tutorial

1. Talk to G. Put the 3 tracking devices, the yellow duck, and the blue print on the wall into your inventory.

2. Go to the Ski Lodge. Pick up all the Find Four pieces. They are on the window seal, the stool under the phone, and under the ladder.

3. Go up the ladder. Pick up the Find Four pieces by the bricks, on the typewriter, on the table beside the phonograph, on the box, and on the box in the corner.

4. Pick up the string on the rug.

5. Go downstairs and talk to the penguins playing Find Four. Give them the pieces.

6. Go to the Forest and pick up the sticks.

7. Put the sticks, the blue print, and the string together to make a kite. Put the kite on a transmitter.

8. Go to the Mountain. Put the kite and transmitter on a poll.

9. Go to the Plaza and talk to the penguins. After the puffle blows a bubble, click the gum stuck between the penguins. Take the bubble gum. Put it on the yellow duck. Then put it in your inventory.

10. Go to the Dock and help the penguin by click, hold, and pull the brown start handle. Then borrow the penguin’s Air Pump.

11. Put the Air pump on the duck to inflate it. Put a transmitter on the duck.

12. Go to the Ice Berg, and put the duck on the water.

13. Go to the Mines. Talk to the penguin. Click the Offer to help option.

13. Click the gray beams on the Mine Shack. Click and drag the wooden boards, making the metal beam so the left side is lower than the right.

14. Click on the overturned cart. Click it again to go up close. Weld all the cracks.

15. Place a transmitter in the cart. Click the cart for it to go.

16. Answer your spy phone. Talk to G at HQ. Take the Binocular 3000 from G (it’s on the table).

14. Go to the Lodge. Click on the Gone Fishing door.

Go right. Look through the binoculars.

16. Talk to G on the Spyphone.

17. Go to Herbert’s camp. Pick up the spy phone. Fuse it with the Binoculars.

18. Put the spyphone/binocular in the big, dark green tree that is right off the exit back to the Lodge.

19. Go to the HQ. Talk to G. Watch Herbert and Klutzy.

20. Collect your medal and receive your chocolates.

If you open the box of chocolates, you can pop them.

The Penguin Games are finally here! There are three free items you can get, the Blue Face Paint, Red Face Paint, and the Gold Medal.

Red team fans, you can get the red face paint at the Coffee Shop.

Blue team fans, you can find the blue face paint at the Pizza Parlor.

To get the gold medal you will have to complete three different events.

1. The Marathon located at the Ski Village.
2. The Three Lap Race located at the Ice Berg.
3. The Freestyle Swim located at the cave.

Once you complete all three of those events you will be able to get the gold medal.

To complete The Marathon, first go to the ski village and stand at the start line, then walk your way down the path being sure to stop at all of the light posts. Once the light post lights up you can start walking again. The race ends at the cove, once you get to the finish line you should have the marathon completed.

For the three lap race you will have to go around the Ice Berg three times being sure to stop at the light posts until they light up, much like the marathon. Once you complete three laps you should have that event completed.

Last but not least is the freestyle swim, for this event you will have to go back and forth through the pool at the cave about six times. By now you should have completed all three events and you should be able to claim your prize.

Member penguins are also able to access the party room, which is a soccer field.

Start by clicking the paper boat in the upper right corner. This gives you the details on the Scavenger Hunt.

The first paper boat is at the Mine in the box of water near the entrance.

The second paper boat is at the Cove in the bottom right, in the water.

The third paper boat is at the Coffee Shop. It is located in the green pot that’s behind the desk where they serve Coffee.

The fourth paper boat is at the Beach. It is hidden in the black rocks on the shore.

The fifth paper boat is at the Pool. It is floating in the window.

The sixth paper boat is at the Pet Shop. It is on the green, pet tray right outside where you can play Puffle Round-Up.

The seventh paper boat is at the Dock. It is floating beside the wooden dock, near Hydro hopper.

The last paper boat is located at the Iceberg. It is floating in the water right under Aqua Grabber.

Click on the paper boat in the upper right corner of your screen again. Then select ‘Build the Blueprint’. Here’s the finished blueprints.

Club Penguin are having bugs with the Treasure Hunt game in Rockhopper’s Quarters. The say it will be ready soon.

Also, the play “Team Blue’s Rally 2″ has arrived at the Stage. There is a new background for non-members in the Costume Catalog but no secrets.

If you throw a snowball at the Stage, it turns into a dodgeball. Gather your friends and have a have a dodgeball fight.

The music festival has started, each decorated room is based off of a different music genre.

The Music Jam Shirt is at the plaza.

You can find the original maracas as the cove. These were first given out at a party in 2007.

There is also a new room, however to obtain access to it you must be a member. If you would like to get in just go to the Snow Forts then buy the backstage pass from the booth. Once you have it you go to the Dock and you should have access to the back stage room. Here is a picture of it for those of you who are not members (I edited my penguin in to it). You can also get more items when you are in there.

There is also a secret in the music catalog, if you click the dot on the “i” you will get the red guitar.

Also, the new game is out! You can play it by going to the dance club.

Ever since Club Penguin was launched, many of you have been asking and talking about a DS game and the cp team been listening. Here's a bit of what you can look forward to:

They can't get into too much detail but you might be wondering about the name 'Elite Penguin Force'. In the DS game you take on a special role as part of the Elite Penguin Force and solve mysteries that even Secret Agents don't know about!

That's just the start! You'll also be able to play some of your favorite mini games and earn coins and other rewards that can be uploaded into your Penguin account!

I'll have more info in the coming months. We're hoping to have the game done by this holiday season so you'll only have to wait a few more months!

Sorry for being away for a while but im now back.

Penguin Mail is a feature that is going to soon be added to Club Penguin. It will allow you to save postcards, ignore postcards and delete them as well. You will also be able to send mail to offline buddies. Here is a picture of how Penguin Mail is going to look:

You will be able to see your mail by clicking the mail icon at the top of the screen. Comment on whether or not you like the idea of penguin mail.
Ever since the Improvement Project, Club Penguin has been going through a lot of updates such as the player card update, penguin mail and more. Their newest update is going to be for igloos. Instead of just having a blank background around igloos, you will actually be able to see the outside.
Here is a picture of what it will look like:

A date has not been set for when this feature will come out, but let’s hope it will be soon.

In my last post about the changes being made to the player card in Club Penguin, you were able to get a preview of the changes being made to the player card. After some feedback, Club Penguin decided not to go with their original plans and change them up a bit. They plan on having this (and other features) released in a few weeks. Here is what the new design will most likely look like:

I also have a sneak peek of what the new server layout will be. Instead of having to go through a bunch of different servers, the new server layout will detect the servers you and your buddies visit the most. You will be able to see the old server layout if you choose, however this will be the default server selection.

Squidzoid vs. Shadow Guy & Gamma Gal” has returned to the Stage. The scenery is almost the same except for the new version of Squidzoid, which looks much cooler than the old one, a new script, and a different advertisement on the billboard.

There are no secrets in the Costume Trunk Catalog.

However, there is a brand, new background for nonmembers in the catalog.

And the Fireworks pin, currently located at the Cove, looked familiar when I first saw it. Now I know why! It’s the same Rocket as the Rocket Snail of Penguin Chat 3, Rocket Snail’s site, and the little snail on top of the one of the old Club Penguin sections! Check it out.

Here are some sneak peeks on the new set up for your clothing inventory. As you can see in the picture, your inventory will be split in to differnt parts, starting with head items going down. This is to make it easier for people to find the clothes that they are looking for.

The red X on the bottom right will remove every article of clothing from your penguin. The picture below is what will be shown when you are choosing your items.

They also plan on having a similar update for furniture items.

The medieval party has started, it’s really cool.

The Squire Tunic is the only item. You can find it at the dock.

There is also a new room, you can get to it by going to the forest then going near the tree.

They have added the Switchbox 3000 to the Mine. It controls what the dragon does.

Overall I think Club Penguin did a really good job decorating. Almost every room is decorated and some look amazing.

A lot of you have mentioned that it’s really hard to find the item you’re looking for in your inventory and it can take a long time. It can get confusing too, especially for those of you with a lot of items!

I wanted to let you know that the player card inventory is being improved at this very moment! When the new features launch at the end of May, all of your clothing and accessories will be better organized and really easy to find. The team has been working really hard on a new design for the inventory–a lot of you have suggested grouping items and making separate tabs for them and I think you’ll be happy with how it turns out!

First off I would like to mention that there is a secret message hidden in the catalog, to see it go to the last page and drag down the box that says “How do I get coins?”. You will then see an icon of a note, when you click it you get this message:

So that probably means that there will be a medieval times party for this month.

Rockhopper’s key is at the Book Room in his journal on the very last page:

You can use it to get in to the Captain’s Quarters on his ship. There is even a new game in there called Treasure Hunt where you work with a partner to find as much buried treasure in the game board as possible before you run out of shovels. Player 1 chooses which rows are dug and player 2 chooses which columns are dug. Finding a coin will award you 1 coin, finding a gem will award you 25 coins, and if you find an emerald you will be awarded 100 coins. You can find out where objects are by looking for a shine in the sand.

There is also another room that is the Crow’s Nest which is the very top of the ship that is used as a lookout point. You can get to it by clicking on the arrow show in the picture below.

Once you have the key, you can also use it as a pin

Club Penguin has finally opened up their site again. Check it out! It has a whole new design! There are “hidden” actions as well:

Click the spyphone and the secret agent will pick it up
Click the starfish and it will change
Click the yellow puffle and it’ll paint

And the rest are just clicking the penguins to make them wave/jump/etc.

Once you actually log in, you’ll notice how fast the servers are. You can move, load, even talk faster! Yay!

The Pyramid pin is in the Book Room on the table on the right.

The a ‘Quest for the Gold Puffle’ play at the Stage. It’s kinda a parody of Indiana Jones. Nonmembers can buy an Adventure background in the Stage Catalog.

There is a note on the door of Rockhopper’s room in the Ship Hold. It basically say’s to help with the Flare Flinger.

Click the note in G’s pocket in the newspaper for a secret message. The code says to turn all the puffles black to unlock the file. Once unlocked, it is a letter from the Polar bear from the last mission saying he will be coming back soon.

Rockhopper’s Journal has been added to the Library in the Book Room.

Inprovment project news

After almost a month of testing, Server Test is complete! The test site has been shut down so that the team can get ready for the next big step: launching the new servers on clubpenguin.com! That's what they will be doing over the next week and a bit. So if you or your friends go to test.clubpenguin.com and can't login, that's because the testing is over.

Many of you who are helping with CPIP already know this, so this is more of a reminder. Club Penguin will be down for part of the day on April 14 between 12 am (midnight) and 3 pm while the new servers are being launched. During this time you won't be able to access this site. But when the new servers are launched you will! Heres two sneak peaks at the new website:

Heres a sneak at the new mission and heres what the club penguin team had to say:

A lot of you have been asking about the new mission and believe me I have been too! Missions are top secret around here, but I was able to get a concept sketch from the mission from one of the artists. No one wants to ruin the surprise. I know Screenhog will want to tell you all about it after it comes out, but for now, I've only got a bit of information.

Mission 7 will be released before the end of April and is a continuation of the last mission, so you know what that means! If you haven't played the last couple of missions, you need to finish them first before doing this new one.

I've seen a bit of the mission so far and I'm really excited to hear back from all of you about it.

RH’s Journal has finally been recovered (even though it’s been in Aqua Grabber forever). It’s been restored and a copy will be in the Book Room on April 11th.

Aunt Arctic’s been promoted to Editor in Chief of the newspaper. She will still be doing “Ask Arctic” but will be managing other projects in the newspaper as well.

A new Play at the Stage will be here April 11th as well. Looks like Indiana Jones.

The Crayon pin is at the Mine Shack. Complete the Connect the Dots game first. I suggest pressing “s” on your keyboard to sit down before you start connecting because you might walk to the Mines while connecting, which will mean you will have to start over.

This has GOT to be one of the best parties ever on CP. So I highly recommend looking at just about every room on Club Penguin!

There is an update in the Club Penguin Improvement Project, it seems like there is going to be server testing going on:

So it looks like Club Penguin is going to have server testing again, I wonder if this means it will be the return of the black and pink toques.

Happy Valentines Day! There is a new newspaper in Club Penguin. It talks about what G is doing with the save the migrator campaign and the under water party. It looks like my predtiction was right about it being under water, lets just hope that there is also a treasure hunt to find Rockhopper’s boats missing pieces.

Billybob posted a sneak peak of the new Club Penguin party that starts this Friday:
If you notice, Billybob named the image “underwater_book43b” and it looks like the book room is under water (Since there are fish and bubbles in the window).
I think that this means that the party will be an underwater party. Also there might be a treasure hunt kind of thing to find missing pieces from Rockhopper’s boat; and if you collect them all you get a free item, like with the Halloween candy hunt.

They said October is always a big month in Club Penguin and this year will be no different! Over the next 4 weeks there will be a ton of new stuff including the Costume Catalog (with some new costumes and a few old favorites), a new Furniture Catalog, 2 parties(Halloween and aniverary), 4 contests, a brand new way to decorate your penguin, and lots more!
